Refund + Return Policy

Mistakes happen — let’s not dwell on it like a bad serve. We’ll make it right and ACE the next one.

14-day returns. You may return any item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. You do not need a reason. If 14 days have passed since your order was delivered, we’re unable to offer a refund.

Condition. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging with any tags still attached.

Return shipping. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Damaged or incorrect items. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement or a full refund — your choice.

How to start a return. Email info@pklnpickleball.com with your order number and what you’d like to return. We’ll reply with return instructions within two business days.

Refunds. Once your return arrives and is inspected, we’ll issue the refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank, it can take another few days to appear on your statement.

Non-returnable. Free event registrations (including SMASH) are not purchases and have nothing to refund — just let us know if you can’t make it.
